Skybolt Wing Rib Construction Jigs

Description

These are high-quality jigs specifically made to fit the CNC routed gussets and other parts included in the materials kit. The entire rib is built in one process, you just cut the long pieces to length and assemble the parts in the jigs with glue… no staples are required! They save builders hundreds of man hours of work. These jigs are also stackable, so many people build two or three ribs at a time and stack them up to cure overnight. When the ribs come out of the jig, you will only need to do some minor sanding to clean up any excess epoxy that has squeezed out of the exterior edges. When you’re done, we will buy them back for up to 50% of the original price depending upon their condition. There are six different building jigs in the full set needed to build all the Skybolt ribs.
